Organise documents digitally
I run my own document management system with Paperless-ngx in Docker. This includes migrating existing documents, imports, tags and permissions. I also test AI-assisted classification and check where results need correction.
For your project: I can analyse your document workflows, set up suitable filing structures and prepare recurring processing steps. We decide what to automate based on your documents and working practices.

Test AI on my own hardware
I work with Ollama and large local language models on my own hardware, including an ASUS GX10. I use them for development, research and automation, and run performance tests to understand their capabilities and limitations.
For your project: We can assess whether local AI suits a specific task, what hardware it requires and how processing can fit into existing workflows.

Connect research and notifications
In my own setup, I use Hermes Agent for scheduled research and Telegram notifications. I examine the sources found, information quality and how failed workflows are handled.
For your project: Recurring research or reporting can be tested as a limited workflow. We define the information needed and where human review is required before starting.

Run applications on my own systems
On my UGREEN network storage, I run applications including Paperless-ngx, Immich for photos, AdGuard for filtering network requests and Home Assistant for home automation. This gives me practical experience of setup, configuration and ongoing maintenance.
For your project: I help select and evaluate self-hosted applications. The decision considers required functions, data, operational effort and who will maintain the system afterwards.

Consider the network and internet connection together
My own technical environment includes MikroTik networking equipment and a 5G connection. I also work with an additional internet connection as a fallback and examine how devices and services work together.
For your project: Reviewing the existing environment and configuring it remotely may be useful where access and on-site support are available. Scope and technical prerequisites are clarified in advance.

Build a Linux working environment
I moved my own working environment from Windows to Linux and use TUXEDO hardware. My experience concerns everyday work with the required applications, development tools and system configuration.
For your project: I can help assess and set up a Linux or development environment. The starting point is the software and workflows you actually need, including dependencies on existing systems.
Discuss Linux environments →
For business use, we separately agree requirements, access rights, backups and responsibilities. All collaboration is remote; your team or a local provider handles hardware work on site.
